AI Specialists Hub is a Context as a Service (ConaaS) platform that provides AI-optimized context intelligence to AI assistants. We provide tools and services to help users manage and organize information for use with AI assistants.

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Specialists Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be suspended
• You may download your data for a reasonable period
• We may delete your data according to our data retention policy
• Provisions regarding liability and intellectual property survive termination

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
